We strongly encourage you to take part in this survey. It will only take about 10 minutes of your time and will provide guidance to Softball NZ on how we can help clubs improve the experience of their members.
Nielsen, an independent research company, is carrying out this confidential survey on behalf of Sport New Zealand and results will not be reported in a way that will allow you to be individually identified. At the end of the project a summary of the results will be shared with you.
