It is that time again where SNZ are calling for nominations.

The softball community can nominate for the SNZ Annual Awards for Administrator, Volunteer, Domestic Coach and Personality of the Year. It is also a great opportunity to acknowledge those within your club or assn who go that extra mile to get the job done.

The SNZ Hall of Fame and Distinguished Service Awards can only be nominated by Associations, have strict criteria and only a few are selected every year, therefore if you feel that there is a worthy & deserving HVSA receipient please forward this person along with supporting information to the association for consideration.

We as an association can gain much exposure, recognition and achievement in to promote our game. You only have to look at the HV Sports Awards night where softball was the winner in front of a huge audience of politicians, major community trust funders, sponsors, Sky Sport and media, not to mention the Wellington Sports Awards being held next week, where again HV Softball features with 6 finalists.

There is a tight turn around for these nominations therefore I would like to request that these be into the office by Friday 22nd June.
